Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

assistrasolutions places great importance on the protection of your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This Notice explains, pursuant to Article 10 of KVKK, the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the parties with whom they may be shared, the methods and legal bases of collection, and your rights.

4) Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purpose and to the extent necessary, with:

• International Transfers: Where servers/providers are located abroad, in compliance with KVKK and GDPR via adequacy, appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses), and/or explicit consent, as applicable.

5) Methods of Collection & Legal Bases

• Methods: Website forms, communication channels (email/phone), cookies and similar technologies, electronic recording systems.
• Legal Bases (KVKK Art. 5/2 and, where necessary, Art. 5/1):
  • Performance of a contract or steps prior thereto,
  • Compliance with legal obligations,
  • Legitimate interests (without prejudice to fundamental rights and freedoms),
  • Explicit consent (especially for marketing/analytics cookies and marketing communications).

6) Retention

Data are retained for the periods required by law and/or no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, then deleted, anonymized, or destroyed.

7) Security Measures

We apply technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption, network security, logging, backups, staff awareness). Note that no method of transmission/storage is 100% secure.

8) Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your data are processed,
• Request information if processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know third parties to whom data are transferred domestically/abroad,
• Request rectification of incomplete/inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction under legal conditions,
• Request notification of such actions to third parties,
• Object to outcomes against you resulting from automated processing,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

9) How to Apply & Response Time

You may submit your requests in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure e-signature / mobile signature, or from your pre-registered email address held in our systems. We respond within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.

10) Updates

This Notice may be updated when necessary. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
