2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement defines the scope, conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities regarding the consulting services provided by assistrasolutions to the Client.

3. Scope of Services
3.1. Service Description:

• Business idea analysis, market research, company type selection, company formation guidance, financial planning, and basic legal consulting.
• If the “Full Company Formation Package” is selected, all services included in that package shall apply.

3.2. Additional Services:

• Any services not specified herein shall be subject to separate written agreement and additional fees.

3.3. Nature of Services:

• Services are advisory in nature. Final decisions and responsibility remain with the Client.

4. Term of Agreement
